STALL INFORMATION

Reserve Stalls and RV starting January 1st 2025 at https://vgbrastallionincentive.com/stall_rv.asp

Stalls/RV MUST be reserved by March 24, 2025 thru the website in order to be included in stall

assignments BEFORE the event.

EXHIBITIONS

Exhibitions are offered first to Futurity/ Maturity entries, through March 24th.

Any Remaining Thursday Exhibitions, will become available to all contestants on March 25th.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

You may pay with Credit Card or Check. Check payment (in full) MUST BE POSTMARKED by March 8th

Credit Cards payment is the only option after March 8th. If the check payment is not received by March 15th we will delete your entry from Saddlebook, including exhibitions. You are welcome to re-enter and pay by credit card. No exceptions

$25 returned check fee.

REFUNDS

– NO REFUNDS on Futurity/Maturity classes. Buyouts are allowed through Friday, April 11th at noon.

Futurity and Maturity Pre entries are Feb 15th-March 24th. Late entries for Futurity/Maturity close Friday April 11th at noon.

UPLOADING Registration papers and ATTACHING TO THE ENTRY IS MANDATORY for Futurity, Maturity and the OPEN SIP Sidepot!

– Medical/Vet Release slips for the Open Jackpots must to be received by Sue Ruzicka (see contact info above) by April 7th 2025 for refunds of Open entry fees, minus office fees.

– Stalls and RV are 100% fully refundable thru April 10th.

Friday 5D $1500 added Open Warm Up Race – Entry Fee $60

Friday Youth, Senior (Roll Only)-No added – Entry Fee $30

Sat/Sun Open 5D $3,000 added (per day) – Entry Fee $80/day

Open 5D $1,000 added Average Payout (Sat & Sun Open avg) Entry Fee $40

4D Youth, 4D Senior–$250 added/day (ROLL ONLY) – Entry Fee $35/day

OTHER ENTRY GUIDANCE

AGE RESTRICTED CLASSES– If you want to enter the 10 and under, youth or senior class, you need to go into your Saddledash, go to People, select your profile and input your birthdate so that the program knows you meet the age restrictions.

-INCENTIVES –ALL horses that are entering incentive side pots ARE RESPONSIBLE for knowing the Incentives entry process. Most of the Incentives have their own online entry process and entry fees. Please go to the website of the incentive and check the entry process.

Confirmed Barrel Daze Incentives: Future Fortunes, Western Fortunes, Top Shelf and Triple Crown. Pending Incentives – Diamond Classic.

• February 15th – Barrel Daze books open
• March 8th – Last day to select “Pay by check” option. Payment Postmark Date March 8th
• March 24th – Futurity/Maturity pre-entry due date/Futurity/Maturity pre-entries close
• March 25th-Thursday Exhibitions open for Jackpot contestants to purchase
• April 6th – Open Pre entry due date
• April 7th – Open 5D Jackpot Med/Vet out slips must be received for jackpot refunds
• April 9th – Open Draw Posted

*Arena Open (no barrels) 6 am—7 am

*Exhibitions, all contestants, $5 each 9 am – 8 pm

April 11th – FRIDAY

*Office Hours 7 am—7 pm

*Arena Open (no barrels) 6 am —7 am

*Exhibitions—Futurity/Maturity Exhibitions Only 8 am—1 pm

*Noon – Buyouts and late entries close for Futurity/Maturity

*2 pm Friday Open 5D Jackpot. $20 Late fee for entries after 2 pm

April 12th – SATURDAY

*Office Hours 7 am—7 pm

*Arena Open (no barrels) 6 am—7 am

*8 am first go of Futurity followed by Maturity, Pee Wee Race and Open 5D.

*4 pm Open entries CLOSE. Futurity and Maturity Rolls to the Open must be entered on Saddlebook by 8 am, before the Futurity begins.

April 13th – SUNDAY

*Office Hours 7 am—7 pm

*Arena Open (no barrels) 6 am —7 am

*8 am second go of the Futurity begins followed by Maturity, Pee Wee Race and Open 5D.

*Open 5D Entries CLOSE 4 pm. Futurity and Maturity Rolls to the Open must be entered on Saddlebook by 8 am, before the Futurity begins.

*Futurity/Maturity Awards projected at draw #25 of the open
