(bonus race runs not available during phase 3) THOSE WITHOUT QUALIFIERS CAN ENTER BEGINNING NOON MONDAY ON SGPEVENTS WEBSITE
Phase 4 will allow bonus race entries again on May 15-16 with a $25 late fee. FYI
