Welcome to Boot Camp!

MBHBC is Marcy Blakely's boot camp for horses AND their riders. 

Marcy is a premier trainer, a carded ASHA judge and a strong competitor in all Ranch Versatility classes.  In 2015 she rode Peptos Nic In Time to an APHA World Championship and Top 5 in the Nation. Nic also received his Superior that year in Ranch Riding. in 2016, Nic was the Paint Horse Honor Roll Champion in Senior Horse Ranch Riding, Ranch Reining and Ranch Trail.

Of all the versatility events, her heart belongs to Ranch Trail.  At MBHBC, clients are treated to a one-of-a-kind trail challenge course to learn and practice on.  Horses and riders are exposed to realistic ranch trail obstacles and maneuvers as well as some very interesting "problem solving" situations.

Marcy's training and coaching focuses on quiet, patient horsemanship to build confidence and trust in both the horse and the rider. 

MBHC offers lessons (private and small group). She also conducts several clinics during the year and hosts events including Ranch shows, Extreme Trail Challenge Jackpots and... ALL NEW IN 2020 - HORSE SOCCER!!!  

All events include a practice session prior to the competition, and most include lunch for all competitors!
