I am very disciplined about rider body position during the training process which flows into the competition runs when the rider's body position is correct nine times out of 10 the horses will do everything correctly.
As far as my runs go I really leave it up to the animal, less is more because when it comes down to it they are the ones that are going to shut the clock off. I dont try to beat them out of a turn, I just try to stay out of their way help them when I am needed.
I keep it very simple.
